Article summary

You log into your WHM account - click on "List Accounts" and the list comes back empty.

What do you do? Thankfully this is a relatively simple fix. The most common problem is the file /etc/userdomains has been modified or reset and is now empty.

To fix it we just need to run one script - follow these steps:
1. Log into the server via SSH (using putty)
2. Type in this command and hit enter: cd /scripts
3. Type in this command and hit enter: ./updateuserdomains
4. Type in this command and hit enter: exit

5. Go back to your browser window and click the "List Accounts" menu option again - all your accounts will now be displayed again.

If this does not resolve the issue reach out to the support team by lodging a case within your portal www.MySAU.com.au
