You log into your WHM account, click on "List Accounts", and the list comes back empty.
The most common problem is that the file /etc/userdomains has been modified or reset and is now empty.
Note: This will require some knowledge of command line and access via SSH.
To fix this, we just need to run one script - follow these steps:
Log into the server via SSH.
Type in this command and hit enter:
cd /scriptsType in this command and hit enter:
./updateuserdomainsType in this command and hit enter:
exitGo back to your browser window and click the "List Accounts" menu option again - all your accounts should now be displayed again.
