Prepayment Rewards

We believe it is important to reward our clients for pre-paying credit to their accounts. The discounts below reflect our appreciation for your trust in our services and loyalty to our company. 

The discount rates are as follows:

  • Prepay 3 Months* and receive  2% off your total invoice each month for 3 months
  • Prepay 6 Months*  and receive  3% off your total invoice each month for 6 months
  • Prepay 12 Months* and receive  5% off your total invoice each month for 12 Months
  • Prepay 24 Months* and receive  10% off your total invoice each month for 24 Months
  • Prepay 36 Months* and receive  15% off your total invoice each month for 36 Months

*This Amount is approximately based on current month fixed charges and doesn't take into account Items billed in arrears (Data Consumption, Scaled backups upgrades, and service change, or additonal support charges)

Important Information About Prepayments

Please note that making a prepayment simply adds credit to your account balance. It does not mean you are paying for services in advance or changing your billing cycle.

  • Your services will continue to be invoiced monthly in advance as normal.

  • A tax invoice is not issued for the prepayment itself, as it is a credit top-up only.

  • You will continue to receive your monthly tax invoice.

  • Your monthly invoice will be automatically paid using your available credit balance.

  • Any services billed in arrears (including usage-based charges, excess consumption, upgrades, or service changes) will be added to your monthly invoice and will reduce your credit balance accordingly.

  • If your invoice exceeds the available credit, any remaining balance will need to be paid separately.

Please monitor your credit balance to ensure it covers the full prepayment term selected. Additional credit can be added at any time via your mySAU portal.

How to Apply the Credit to your account 

To apply a credit to your account, log in to your mySAU Portal, navigate to Account > select Prepayments, choose your preferred term, and enter the Custom amount you wish to pay.
