How to access IPMI / Remote Console

The following guide shows how to find your access details and log in to the remote console / IPMI console of your dedicated server.

1. Log in to the MySAU Portal (https://www.mysau.com.au/login)
2. Go to Services and click on your dedicated server:

3. Select Access from the left-hand service sub-menu and then IPMI Console in the main screen;4. Select the length of time you will need IPMI access:

5.  Click the "Login to your IPMI Console" button and use the credentials on the following page to gain access to your IPMI controller (PLEASE ALLOW 3-4 MINUTES FOR ACCESS TO BE ENABLED) :
