How can I retrieve the login details to my Virtual/Dedicated Server?

Note

This doesnt include VDC, Private Cloud or VM’s on Self hosted Hypervisors (esxi, hyper-v, proxmox)

Your server login details are stored securely in the MySAU Portal. To access these please follow the below listed steps:

1. Log in to www.mysau.com.au

(If you can't remember your login details, you can click forgot password)
2. Then click Services

3. From the service listing, select the type of server, either Dedicated or Virtual.

Product categories include Dedicated and Virtual servers with options for management.

Then click on the service:

Overview of virtual cloud servers with details and active status displayed.

Here you can also control the servers power, access the console and see usage graphs.
4. From the next menu, Click on Access

The username and password are available here. You can find your IP allocation within Network if needed.

Note

This will only show the initial password. If you have a PSA, this can be updated if you provide the password via a support case. However, there is no automated system to detect changes.

If you do not know the password, a password change will need to be done. If you are unable to do this yourself, feel free to lodge a support case.
