Having issues with your domains - or your site not loading? 

These tools will help you determine what could be wrong with your domain.

  • http://whois.auda.org.au/ - This performs a whois lookup on a domain name. It will show basic information on your domain - and most importantly it will show the domain expiry date.

  • http://intodns.com/ - This will supply an in-depth report on the state of the DNS for you domain - if there are any errors showing - let us know - we can assist you via a support case.

  • http://mxtoolbox.com/ - This performs a check against a series of known RBL services - if your server or domain has been blacklisted by an RBL - it wont take very long before all emails from your server are being rejected by most mails servers online.

  • https://www.whynopadlock.com/ - Just installed an SSL certificate and you're having troubles displaying the secure padlock symbol on your Web site? This tool will analyse your server and report back on what is going on.

  • https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html - Useful tool to test an SSL is working after an install/update. Some browsers can cache them and throw testing off and this is a good way to bypass it.

  • https://www.blacklistalert.org/ - Quickly and easily check through a number of blacklists to see if your domain/IP is blacklisted for mail.
