Setting an account PIN

You will need an account PIN whenever you interact with Servers Australia via a phone call. This "PIN" is to verify who you are and to ensure that we are speaking to the correct person. 

1. To set up or change a PIN, log into your MySAU portal at https://www.mysau.com.au

2. Next, Click on Account


3. On the new page, select "View and Edit Details":


4. Scroll down on this page until you reach the section "Other Details". Set an account pin in the text field using alphanumerics and special characters (0-9, a-z, A-Z, !@#, and so on...), then save the PIN by clicking Update Profile.

This PIN can be quoted for authorisation when interacting with Servers Australia.
