All MMA products can set a single domain for HTTP monitoring. Your Monitoring and Maintenance Agreement (MMA) includes one HTTP monitor, provided through an external monitoring service operating outside the Servers Australia network for additional redundancy. The monitor regularly checks that your nominated website is accessible and loading as expected. As each MMA includes one HTTP monitor, we recommend assigning it to your most business-critical website.
This monitoring can be put in place via the MySAU portal and the following guide will provide instructions on how to set this up.
