This guide outlines the process to perform mail forwarder restorations within WHM via the Acronis plugin.
To begin, log in to WHM and enter “plugins” into the search box at the top left.
Then click on the Acronis Backup plugin link on the left, then click the Backups tab on the main page.

Click on the backup you would like to restore from. In this example, we will use the latest backup at the top.

Click on the “Mail forwarders” option, as we are wanting to restore all existing Mail forwarders for a domain on the server.

Once the “Mail forwarders” section is loaded you can select whichever domain you would like to either “Recover” or “Download” mail forwarders for. Once you have selected your domain click “Recover”:

After you select Recover, a dialogue box will appear letting you know that all of the mail forwarders for the domain you are restoring will be recovered to their original location.
Press “Start Recovery” to proceed with the restore.
We can now see that the task is being completed by the Acronis Plugin as highlighted below:

The status bar will change when the operation is completed to “Succeeded”:
