What is a Parked Domain?

A parked domain is a domain name that is registered but not currently associated with an active website. Instead of displaying a fully developed site, parked domains typically show a placeholder page that might contain advertisements, a "coming soon" message, or a notice indicating that the domain is for sale.

Park a Domain

  1. In WHM, go to the ‘DNS Functions’ section and click ‘Park a Domain’.

  1. Select a domain to park your new domain on top of.

  2. Enter the Domain you want to park on the right.

  3. Click ‘Submit’

    Un-park a Domain

  4. In WHM, go to the ‘Account Information’ section and click ‘List Parked Domains’.

  1. Search for the domain you wish to unpark, then click ‘Unpark’.
