The following guide shows how to find your access details and log in to the remote console / IPMI console of your dedicated server.
- Log in to the MySAU Portal (https://www.mysau.com.au/login)
- Go to Services and click on your dedicated server.
- Select Access from the left-hand service sub-menu and then IPMI Console in the main screen;

- Select the length of time you will need IPMI access:

- Click the "Login to your IPMI Console" button and use the credentials on the following page to gain access to your IPMI controller:

IPMI Access isn't working?
It will take a short period for the IPMI console to enable external access and initialise. This is expected to happen quickly, but might take up to a few minutes in extenuating circumstances.
