Open the backup manager URL. e.g, http://backup-2-4.servercontrol.com.au/ (if you are unsure as to where your server is being backed up to, please contact our support team)
Once logged in, go to “Protected machines” on the left-hand side just under “Dashboard”:
Find your machine in the list/search field. You can search for the SAU order ID here:
Click the cog on the right hand side to access and then click “Open Recovery Points”:
Choose your recovery point and then click the cog on the right hand side of it:
Once you select the cog, click “Browse”:
Select the items from your server you would like to download:
Once you have your target folders or files selected, click “Download Selected”:
This will bring you to a menu with a few options. On the first screen, click "Next":
Select what format of compression you want to download your files as and click "Next":
Either use the "generated filename" or create your own and press "Next":
Click on "download" as highlighted to finish this and download your selected files:
