On occasion some users may need to perform a cPanel Account Suspension for one reason or another, this guide can show you how to complete this.
Suspending an Account:
1. Log into WHM and navigate to the ‘List Accounts’ section utilising the Search Box on the left, or locating this under ‘Favorites’ as shown:
2. Select the + symbol next to the account you wish to suspend or terminate:
3. Here you can suspend the account using the highlighted button below. There is also a text field to make a memo for the reason:
