Staying alert and updated on your services is important, and we are excited to show you our Status System. This system allows you to stay up to date with our scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.

We allow you to maintain your own subscription settings without the need to contact us to make changes for you.

Subscribe to the SAU Status notification system;

• Click here https://status.mysau.com.au/ to open a new window
• After the page loads, you will have a 'Subscribe to updates' button at the top right corner
• Click on Subscribe and choose the notification type.

Manage an existing subscription or unsubscribe.

• Click here https://status.mysau.com.au/ to open a new window
• After the page loads, you will have a 'Subscribe to updates' button at the top right corner
• Enter the email address or Mobile Number associated with the subscription and click 'Subscribe'
• A window will open and display your subscription settings allowing you to edit your subscription or unsubscribe from updates.
• To save the changes made, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Save
