The Overview tab provides a summary of your Acronis service, listing:
Service status, such as Active or Suspended
Storage usage summary, showing both included and billable GB
Active license count (total workloads protected)
Accrued costs (Service charge and usage costs)
Access Details (the URL and Username to access the Acronis Cyber Protect portal interface)
Clicking the information icon for either Service charges or Usage charges will display a pop-up with a description of the associated charge.
Usage Tab

The Usage tab provides a detailed breakdown of all billable usage metrics.
From here, you can view:
Total Storage Used, displayed in GB
Included storage, displayed in GB, the amount of storage that comes included with the service, and for which you will not be billed
Total Storage usage charge, a dollar value representing the charges for the current storage usage
A tiered pricing table of graduated pricing tiers, showing how much usage falls into each storage band (e.g. 0–250 GB included, 250–500 GB at $0.15/GB).
A progress bar indicating the current usage relative to the pricing tiers.
A Licenses section showing each workload type (e.g. Servers, Virtual Machines) and its per-unit charge.
A Total Estimated Cost summary combining all storage and license costs for the billing cycle.
All data presented in these tables (except for usage alerts for storage) is read-only and refreshed automatically.
Storage Usage Alerts

The “Usage Alerts feature allows you to set a storage usage alert, and receive email alerts as the usage approaches or reaches that soft limit.
To manage the alerts, click the button near the top right of the Usage section, which will open a pop-up with a form allowing you to set the soft limit.
Billing

Lastly, the billing tab will show details for the service, including historical invoices, plus a cancellation link if required.
