We will give a quick summary of the process.
Prerequisites
IMPORTANT: YOUR SERVER WILL NOT BOOT AFTER CEPHFS INSTALL IF YOU HAVE NOT DISABLED SECURE BOOT
- Secure boot must be disabled before you start the installation.
- Download Dokany: https://github.com/dokan-dev/dokany/releases/download/v1.5.1.1000/DokanSetup.exe
(The minimum supported Dokany version is 1.3.1. Please use 1.5.1.100 as linked above. Any 2.0+ version is currently unsupported. ) - Download the latest Ceph for Windows Binary https://cloudbase.it/ceph-for-windows/
Installation
Install Dokany
First, install Dokany by double clicking the DokanSetup.exe program.

Completed...
Install CephFS
Double click the CephFS installer
Accept the terms.
Ensure it will install both components (Ceph CLI and Windows Ceph RBD driver).
Click Next
Click Install.
Accept the driver installation.
Installation Completed.
Important
You'll need to restart Windows for the RBD / Ceph driver to work correctly.
