This guide details the process of enabling notifications for individual tenant users within the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud portal.
NOTE: Tenant users will not receive ANY notifications unless the steps in this guide are followed.
This includes backup failure and warning notifications.
NOTICE: The steps in this guide can only be completed by an Acronis portal user with Acronis Management Portal Administrator permissions.
Log in to the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud portal, found here:

Click “My Company”.

Click on the user you’d like to configure notifications for.

A user overview will appear from the right side of the screen.

From here, you can see all notifcation options available to the user. This view also shows if an option has already been enabled.

To enable/disable these, click on the blue pencil symbol in the top-right of the Settings section.

Click the checkbox for any notification types you want this user to receive.
At a bare minimum, we strongly suggest you enable Failure and Warning notifications.NOTE: The “Quota overuse notifications” option serves no purpose due to the way SAU Acronis backups have been set up.
If you’d like to set storage usage alerts for your backups, this can be done in the MySAU portal, as shown in this guide:

Once you’re happy with your selection, click the “Done” button at the bottom of the Settings section.

You’ve now set up notifications for this user!
If you want the same settings to be in place for more than one user, you’ll need to complete this manually.
Simply repeat this guide for any subsequent users!
