    To access your monitoring software as part of our Monitoring and Maintenance Agreement (MMA) please use the following steps:

    Log into your MySAU portal and click on the Support tab as highlighted below:

    Once in the Support tab you will need to click into Professional Services as highlighted below:

    You will be taken to your Professional Services Dashboard where you can click on "LOG IN TO MONITORING":

    This will generate a popup that will provide you with login credentials and a link to access the Monitoring Dashboard as highlighted below:

    Enter the details provided in the popup at the log in screen and you will be taken to your Monitoring Dashboard.

    If you are unable to access this or need assistance please reach out to our Support Team with a case from your portal.
