Terminate an account in WHM

Warning

This process deletes the account, and all data including emails etc and will be unrecoverable without backups.

  1. Log in to WHM and navigate to the ‘List Accounts’ section:

  2. Search for the domain you wish to “Terminate”.

  3. Select the + symbol next to the domain.

4. At this point, you can either terminate or suspend the account using the relevant highlighted buttons below:

  1. Click on ‘Yes, remove this account’ to delete it.
