Currently, the FortiGate product is available in Sydney only. Availability in other locations will follow.
Can you manage the FortiGate firewall for me?
For Dedicated Server customers, firewall management can be included in your Professional Services Agreement (PSA). If you don't have a PSA, you can receive ad-hoc assistance.
Can I get reports about Malware & Viruses that have been blocked?
Currently customers can view this information in the Fortigate Firewall Logs.
How will I be billed for traffic if I have a FortiGate Firewall?
Traffic is billed based on the interface connected to the FortiGate firewall. Traffic passing through the WAN interface of the firewall will be counted towards your allocated quota.
What speed connections does the FortiGate Firewall support for End-User connections?
All server connections are either 10G or 1G, depending on the server type.
How many servers can I have behind the FortiGate Firewall?
You can host as many servers as you like behind the FortiGate Firewall. (It is currently limited to Servers in the Sydney Campus, however).
How many VPN sessions can be terminated on the FortiGate firewall?
For the standard version, it's 10; for the advanced version, it's 50. Contact us for more if needed. Refer to the FortiGate VPN documentation for details.
How many public IP addresses can I have routed on the FortiGate firewall?
The firewalls come with one IP Address by default. If you require more, there is no specific limit.
Does the FortiGate firewall protect my server from DoS attacks?
Servers Australia has DoS Protection in place, and the FortiGate appliance can mitigate certain types of DoS attacks. For more information please contact our Support Team.
Can I migrate existing SAU IP addresses to the FortiGate product?

I resell to multiple customers. Can SAU split my invoices so I know which customer uses what traffic?
No, you would need a unique firewall per client to get separate data pools.
Are noisy neighbours an issue?

How do I cancel my FortiGate Firewall?
