How to disable monthly account summary reporting preferences

Each month you will receive an account summary that lists such details as:

• Your current authorised contacts
• Details of current products and services, as well as any cancellation requests
• Domain registrations, including any upcoming renewals

If you would like to stop receiving these summaries, please:

1. log into the customer portal at mysau.com.au using a registered email address and password
2. Select 'Account' on the left hand side.
   
   
3. Under your details on the right hand side, there is a 'View and Edit Details' button. Click on that to open and edit your details.4. Scroll down to the 'Other Details' section, select either 'Monthly' or 'Disabled' for Regular Account Summaries to change your current preferences.
