See the below guide. [Creating Recovery Media](/v1/docs/veeam-agent-backup-recovery-media) If you didn’t create your own recovery media, Servers Australia MAY have some recovery media suitable for your server, for servers hosted with us. Please contact our support if needed. ![](blob:https://sauintra.atlassian.net/82331d37-9b96-4db1-98bb-a9e9f2784841#media-blob-url=true&id=48144a78-bd05-4a6c-9f73-f7022dfce897&collection=contentId-1996193803&contextId=1996193803&height=321&width=456&alt=) Once you have the recovery ISO, see the below guides depending on which OS you’re recovering: ## Step 2: Perform the Bare-Metal Restore ## Linux [Restoring Volumes - Veeam Agent for Linux User Guide](https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agentforlinux/userguide/baremetal_volume_restore.html?ver=13) ## Windows ### Windows - Official Veeam Guide [Perform Bare Metal Recovery - Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows Guide](https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agentforwindows/userguide/howto_baremetal_recovery.html?ver=13) ### Windows - Servers Australia Quick Guide #### Mount the ISO via IPMI or ILO ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1682570616839.png) ![](blob:https://sauintra.atlassian.net/428fd3c8-a258-43f2-84b7-6be3558e7087#media-blob-url=true&id=28cc9275-2bf6-46dd-b74a-9cca6a3eb654&collection=contentId-1996193803&contextId=1996193803&height=165&width=348&alt=) ![](blob:https://sauintra.atlassian.net/cfc8cc61-313c-4f07-9e7d-f590fb6cf1ce#media-blob-url=true&id=904bf541-51be-4f0c-b787-eb6cb16684e6&collection=contentId-1996193803&contextId=1996193803&height=351&width=670&alt=) ## ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1682570679672.png) #### Reboot the server ### ![](blob:https://sauintra.atlassian.net/70771516-b449-4b68-ae33-d2836f28a2dc#media-blob-url=true&id=5ed67cdd-2544-4dda-9532-f89891064e15&collection=contentId-1996193803&contextId=1996193803&height=228&width=295&alt=) #### ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1682570690081.png) #### Enter the boot menu Press F11 to open the boot menu during POST.
