Servers Australia offers CloudLinux licenses to better protect your server. This allows our customers full control of what PHP version they wish to use in a simple PHP selector box.
The PHP Selector lets you select any default PHP version, as well as modules that will be available to user out of the box.

Inside cPanel, User will be able to change their PHP version using "Select PHP Version":
