Article summary

This guide is designed to assist you if you have a VMware Cloud Server with Servers Australia. Our Cloud Servers are versatile and allow you to upgrade your plan easily.

If you have organised an upgrade of your VMware Cloud Server with our solutions team and have received an email that a resource change is pending, you can follow the below steps to finalise the changes.

1. Log in to the MySAU portal at www.mysau.com.au and navigate to the Services tab.

2. Locate your Cloud Server that has an upgrade pending. The associated name will be confirmed in the email sent to you.

3. Navigate to the System tab. You'll see a section that confirms that you have compute and / or storage updates pending:

You can schedule in the CPU/RAM upgrades for a specific time and date, or you can leave the scheduled date if you are fine with what has been generated in the Scheduled Date section.

Storage updates must be applied separately, but can also be applied via the Apply Now button when you are happy to do so.

If you have any difficulty applying these resource/storage upgrades, or wish for our team to perform this for you overnight or at a certain time, please contact our Support team via the Support tab for assistance.
