Raising a Support Case with Servers Australia

This guide will walk you through the process of raising a support case with Servers Australia.

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://mysau.com.au/
You should land at a web page that looks like this, once here, please enter your email and password.


2. Once logged in: On the left-hand side, there is an icon of a wheel which says “Support”. Click on this.


3. Once here, click on “Go to Cases”:


4. This will now take you to your cases (past & present) so you have an overview of the cases you have raised. To raise a new case, click “Open Case”.


5. You will be directed to a form for your case. Please fill this out in detail to relay to us what the issue you are experiencing is. Be sure to select the related product/service you are having issues with. Once you are happy with the information, please click on Submit.


6. Once this has been submitted, you will be given a support case number, as well as a view of the entire case. You will be able to see any response from Servers Australia Support here, as well as add any new replies.
