# Quickstart

### Getting started with a PSA

Servers Australia has designed an updated Support system which is comprised of two services:

**PSA** (Professional Services Agreement) which includes:

- Priority case support
- 1-Hour First Response SLA
- Heavily Discounted Prepaid Support hours
- 24/7 Level-3 Escalation Support available

**MMA** (Monitoring & Maintenance Agreement) which includes:

- Server Compliance & Hardening
- Operating System Updates
- Monitoring and Statistic Portal
- Remote System Logging

If you are interested in purchasing a new PSA or MMA, please follow the below steps to get started.

## Purchasing a PSA or MMA Product

If you’d like to purchase a PSA, select **'Purchase PSA'.**

When selecting **'Purchase PSA'**, you’ll be taken to a section of the page that allows you to set how many support hours you’d like on the account. Ensure that you’ve ticked to confirm you agree to our **Customer Service Agreement (CRA)** and that this is a minimum 3-month contract commitment. Then select **'Place Order'.**
