Prepayment Rewards
We believe it is important to reward our clients for pre-paying credit to their accounts. The discounts below reflect our appreciation for your trust in our services and loyalty to our company.
The discount rates are as follows:
- Prepay 3 Months and receive 2% off your total invoice each month for 3 months
- Prepay 6 Months and receive 3% off your total invoice each month for 6 months
- Prepay 12 Months and receive 5% off your total invoice each month for 12 Months
- Prepay 24 Months and receive 10% off your total invoice each month for 24 Months
- Prepay 36 Months and receive 15% off your total invoice each month for 36 Months
*Prepayments is adding credit to your account balance and will not receive a Tax Invoice for this payment, however, you will continue to receive a monthly tax invoice with the credit applied.
To apply a credit to your account, Log into your mySAU Portal, navigate to Account> select Prepayments, choose your preferred term, and enter the Custom amount you wish to pay.
Please Note:
- Your service remains invoiced monthly and the total Invoice amount is automatically paid each month from the credit you have added to your account.
- A tax invoice will not be raised for Prepayments as this is just adding credit to your account, however, you will continue to receive a monthly tax invoice for your services.
- Any additional billable services utilised during the term of your account will be added to your monthly invoice and funded using the existing credit. i.e. excess usage or service changes that affect your total monthly invoice amount will be paid using existing credit amounts.
- Any outstanding charges beyond the available credit will need to be finalised towards the end of your pre-payment term selected.
- Please keep an eye on your credit balance, to ensure you have enough to cover the full term. You can always add more credit to cover additional charges and manage this via your mySAU portal.
