To begin, visit the cPanel ‘**Tools**’ page for your relevant site or domain, where you will find ‘Acronis Backup’ highlighted as per below. Click on “**Acronis Backup**”: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-V2CINK2N.png) 2. Click on the backup you would like to restore from. In this example, we will use the latest backup at the top as highlighted in red. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-7E9RI7IM.png) 1. Click on the “**Mailboxes**” option, as we are wanting to restore an existing Mailbox on the server. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1G7CI36J.png) 2. Once the “**Mailboxes**” section is loaded you can select whichever mailbox you would like to either “**Recover**” or “**Download**”. Once you have selected your mailbox click “**Recover**”: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-QILIKVBZ.png) 3. After you select Recover, a dialogue box will appear with additional options. This is providing you with an option to delete any emails that were created after the backup was taken. In this example **I will not** **select** to “**Delete any emails that were created after the backup**” as I may have received some important emails since the mailbox backup was run, which would most likely be the case on the vast majority of mailbox restores: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-XG82J4TW.png) 4. We can now see that the task is being completed by the Acronis Plugin as highlighted below: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-34QI1GAD.png) 5. The status bar will change when the operation is completed to “**Succeeded**”: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1GRHCTBO.png)
