Before resizing your cloud service, remember:
It is not possible to resize to a smaller plan
Increasing the storage size is a permanent change and cannot be reversed.
Your server must reboot to complete the resize process, which can take several minutes.
After resizing is completed, your server will automatically be started again.
Log in to the MySAU portal at www.mysau.com.au and navigate to the Services tab.
In the nav menu at the top of the Services page, click Virtual
In the menu to the left, click Cloud Servers tab. This will display all your Cloud Server services in the table
Find the service you wish to upgrade in the table and click the highlighted order ID of the service you wish to upgrade. This will bring you to the service page
Navigate to the Resize tab
Select a new plan from the list of available options by clicking the checkbox to the right of the row, then hit the Reboot and Resize Now button to begin your resize!
Upon successfully initiating the resize, a message will be displayed.
Clicking Ok will return you to the summary screen, where you can track the process of your resize
