# How to Log into HADRaaS

Congratulations on using High Availability, Disaster Recovery as a Service! Below are the steps to access your HADRaaS Solution. **Please note that you will need to be connected to your WireGuard VPN for the below to work.**

### Logging into HADRaaS

1. All the login information is securely stored within the customer portal at [https://www.mysau.com.au](https://www.mysau.com.au/)![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1781758089195.png)
2. Once logged in, you'll be at the **dashboard** which shows a general overview of your account. Click either **"Services"** on the left menu or **"View my Services"**:![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1781757987119.png)
3. Then select **Other (1)** -> **Other Services** -> **HADRaaS** -> **...** -> **View / Manage** which will take you to the management menu for this service, on the **Summary** page.![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1781756902557.png)
4. The summary page shows the **nodes** and their datacenter locations. Click **Access** on the left menu to view your **VPN** and **vCenter Login** details.![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1781757932041.png)
5. The **URL** to the HADRaaS platform is at the top of the page, the VPN details can be obtained via the **Request Login Details**, whilst your HADRaaS login details are under **VCenter Login**:  
Wireguard VPN RequiredIn order to access HADRaaS, you will need to set up and use your accounts VPN configuration. 6. Once at **[https://vcs.hadraas.servercontrol.com](https://vcs.hadraas.servercontrol.com).au/** click on **LAUNCH VSPHERE CLIENT** to reach the login screen.
