So you have cleaned your inbox and, it is now looking much smaller - the downside, all those emails are now sitting in the "Trash" folder in Roundcube. How do you remove them so they are not taking up disk space still?
Follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to Roundcube.
2. Click the "Trash" folder.
3. After navigating to your trash folder click "Select > All", this will select all emails within the Trash folder.
4. Now that all of the items within your "Trash" folder are selected, you can press the "Delete" button.
Your trash folder will now be empty - and your disk space will be back to normal.
