So, you have a virtual server, and it has stopped responding. Pages aren't loading, and you can't log into your favorite control panel, for example, WHM/cPanel. What do you do now?
Generally, the first thing to try is a reboot. But how do you do this if you can't log into WHM?
The easiest method is via the Servers Australia customer portal found at: https://www.mysau.com.au/login
Log in with your Servers Australia account email address and password, and you will have access to our extensive set of tools used to make managing your services extremely easy.
To reboot your virtual server:
- Select Services:
- Select Virtual:
- Click into the virtual server you would like to reboot:
- Select Power and Actions:.
Give it a few minutes. Your VM will reboot, and you'll have access to everything again.
