The following guide can be used to help view, increase or decrease a users bandwidth limit accordingly. 1. To start, log in to your WHM Portal with your provided credentials:![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/Screenshot%202026-01-12%20at%2012.55.43%E2%80%AFpm.jpg) 2. Under **'Account Functions'** select **'Limit Bandwidth Usage'** (this can be seen in two locations):![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1687551399155.png) 3. Select the desired account you wish to limit, then click on **'Limit'** at the bottom of the page as shown:![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/Screenshot%202025-10-30%20161007(1).png) 4. Enter the new bandwidth limit next to the domain: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/d809f158-d4f4-47ff-83d4-18d9c9f7a04d/Images/Documentation/image-1687551477630.png) 5. Once you have confirmed the correct value is in place, click **'Change'** and this will complete successfully with the new limitation.
