Additional Data Pack Pricing
For customers that require additional data the following data pack options are available.
You can request additional data via the account management team by creating a case in the mysau.com.au portal or calling us.
Throughout the month your will receive notifications regarding your data consumption to help you monitor your usage. You can also view your current month and historical usage via the mysau.com.au portal.
If you are getting close to using all of your allocation and to avoid excess usage charges you can add data packs before the end of the month in the following ways:
- 1. Select the link in usage the notifications emails we send you.
- 2. Create a case via the portal and request additional data.
- 3. Speak to an account manager about your needs.
Please Note:
- The additional data needs to be added to your account before the end of the month to avoid excess usage charges. This Data Pack behaves like we added it at the beginning of the month.
- An invoice will be generated for the Data Pack in use, and one for the next month's billing cycle. Data packs must be applied for a minimum of two months and will continue automatically each month unless canceled
- If you do not require the additional data at any point please email billing@serversaustralia.com.au requesting cancellation of the additional data at least 10 days before the next invoice is generated; to ensure it doesn't renew again.
