Article Summary

Occasional and Emergency Access is provided to all clients that have purchased less than 10RU of space. If you have a Full-Time access card, please see this article.

Emergency and Occasional access means that you will be able to access the Equinix Facilities 24 hours a day 7 Days a week by putting in an 'Access Request' via the MySAU portal

1. Once logged in, Navigate to Services to view your services.


2. Then click on the relevant location you need to access.


3. Down the bottom of the page, click 'request access'


4. You can now submit an Access Request


5. Once the access is approved, it is submitted to Equinix for a QR code

Note
While access is generally granted within a few minutes, this process can take up to 4 hours. If your access request is urgent and you haven't received your code, please feel free to call our Support Team on 1300 788 862 or +61 2 8115 8888 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

All visitors with a work visit ticket will need to present their QR code and a government-issued ID upon checking in to Security.
