## **Pricing**

### **Backup Licensing (per workload, per month – ex GST)**

Choose the licence type based on each system you want to protect:

| **Hosting Server** | $5.99 | cPanel, Plesk, shared/managed hosting | cPanel or Plesk for *Linux* must be installed and licensed. |

## **Storage & Billing**

Each customer account includes:

- **$50/month service fee**
- **First 250 GB of backup storage included**

Additional storage is billed in arrears on a graduated scale.

**How it works:**

- You pay only for the storage used within each tier (graduated billing).
- Storage usage is updated daily and visible in your portal.
- Automated alerts notify you at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% of your chosen limit.

## **Network Traffic Considerations**

### **Dedicated Servers**

- **Backup Port (BAK):** Unmetered for Acronis backup traffic
- **Primary Port (PRI):** Regular internet usage only

### **Colocation**

- All ports are billable for outbound traffic, including backup traffic

### **Off-Net Customers**

- Your internet provider may charge for sending traffic to Servers Australia
- Servers Australia does **not** charge for inbound backup traffic

Acronis supports most modern operating systems:

- Windows: **Windows Server (all major releases), Windows 10/11**
- Linux: **CentOS 7+, Ubuntu, Debian, and more**
